SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, baseball, soccer, softball, and track all require athletes to reach high velocity (speed) as well as explosive braking, direction change and accelaration (agility). Our trainers will guarantee you quicker movements, more powerful explosion, better balance, agility and endurance.

MEET OUR PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP

WELLNESS DIRECTOR- Tim Ives brings years of experience in wellness and has personally trained close to 300 clients representing all body types, male and female alike.

  • Earned B.A. in Exercise Science
  • Nationally certified personal trainer through ACE
  • CSCS certified strength and speed coach 
  • USA Track and Field Level I certified coach

Tim interacts daily with members and is a leader promoting wellness within the community. Tim recently took 56 out of 35,000 runners in the Chicago Marathon, this is one of many examples of Tim's personal commitment to fitness and good health. He also leads an elite running group in various events around the country. Tim leads by example!

Tim's knowledge and caring approach along with his proven record of coaching clients toward healthy results is just one reason it will be easy to enjoy your training. Along with exercise, running, sports, and competition, Tim and his wife Mandy are owners of The Body Project , proud parents of a newborn daughter and son and helps with the student obesity training through Hope2Offer Student Services.

 WELLNESS CONSULTANT- Dr. Mike is a local physician and businessman who enthusiastically supports TOP's wellness philosophy and generously gives his time consulting with our director in various health-related areas. Mike and his wife Shelly enjoy parenting their five children and are actively involved in their church and school. Dr. Mike regularly plays and coaches basketball and enjoys seeing others achieve a healthy way of life.

Group Fitness Schedule:

GROUP FITNESS LEADER- Leah brings passion and experience to TOP's Group Fitness program.  She is a certified AFFA Group Fitness Instructor, ACE certified personal trainer, and has certifications in Turbo Kick, PiYo and Gravity Instruction. Leah's experience and diversity in teaching gives her an outstanding perspective for auditioning new instructors and teaching multiple classes. Her life as a mother, wife and instructor stands as an example for all to follow.
