FITPlay Summer Camp - K-5th grade

2011 FITPlay Summer Day Camp provides students an opportunity to experience movement! We also give students an opportunity to participate in the community and experience exciting field trips. FIT Play kids participate each week in kick ball, bike riding, kids yoga, tumbling, fitness fun, basketball fundamentals, baseball hitting skills, soccer, bowling, service projects, nature walks, swimming, skill games, floor hockey, volleyball, cargo net climbing, stretching, races, parks and much more!

- May 29, 2012-August 17, 2012 - 12 weeks (first week is pro-rated as it is four days)
- $125 per week when choosing 8-11 weeks. $140 when choosing 3-6 weeks. $150 when choosing 1 or 2 weeks.
- Day rate is $35.
- Operation hours: 7 am - 5:30 pm. Drop off is 7-8 am. Pick up is from 4-5:30 pm.
- All registrations are first come first serve. FITPlay is reserved for a max of 60 children. A registration fee and first week tuition is required to secure your spot. Please email us for a REGISTRATION packet
- NOTE: Children need an Altoona Aquatics pass as we go to the pool up to 2 times per week or they may pay per visit costs. Students bring their own lunch. A daily snack is provided by FitPlay. Good walking shoes and water bottle are required.
Opportunity Knocks - 6th-8th grade
When opportunity comes knocking, it is wise to be prepared to answer. Opportunity Knocks is an innovative and inspiring opportunity designed to expose your junior high student to many unique opportunities/careers aiding them in their decision making regarding their future.
- July and August, 2012, Monday-Friday 8 am - 11 am. Does not meet on July 4th
- Open to 8 students, first come, first serve
- $145 per week. Free week when signing up for all 9 weeks of the program
Program opens each day with exercise integrated with a life quality (such as integrity, purpose, generosity, problem solving, respecting adults, work ethic, making wise choices and more). Students will have access to meet and learn careers from CEO's/owners within the community in the areas of: automobile, marketing, public service, state fair, cooking, banking, construction, counseling, public speaking, electric/plumbing, big event planning, flying, law, journalism, landscaping, restaurant, and more! This is a service of Hope2Offer, a non-profit 501c3 student ministry.
