Training Schedule

  • Tuesday and Thursday 7 - 8:30 pm
  • 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month 10-11:30 am

Common Questions

Am I able to try a class out before signing up? ANSWER: Yes, you may try up to 2 classes for no cost. Please register at the front desk before participating.

Do I need equipment to participate? ANSWER: Yes, you will need to purchase hand wraps and boxing gloves after your trial (please see instructor for more information)

Am I required to participate in competitive boxing matches? ANSWER: There is no requirement to participate in tournaments or fights. There are numerous opportunities throughout the years should you decide to test your skills and conditioning.

Able Mahaffey has 12 years of training and 8 years of teaching experience. He has competed in 18 amateur fights. Both he and his wife train.
