Jan 9 starts new H.I.I.T. class (class is full) New class to start in April

Morning Rush a.k.a "Breakfast Club" meets every Friday at 5 am - 5:50. This variety class will expose you to many different exercises in cardio and strength in a variety of locations (gym, fitness center or group fitness room). Always fun and always different each week. No breakfast served.

We are committed to distinction and the highest quality of service. Our goal is to always provide superior instruction by trained and experienced instructors who create and deliver a most effective, encouraging and motivating workout.

Our classes are designed to challenge you in a safe environment. Please always see your doctor before starting any strenuous program. Wear comfortable clothing and give your body time to adapt to the exercise. Bring water to drink before, during and after class (we also sell bottled water). Please notify your instructor if you have special concerns such as injury recovery, pregnancy or chronic conditions, so we are able to help you modify your exercise. Thank you for following these simple guidelines when participating in our group fitness classes.
