Completing the Correct Forms:

League or Tournament: Each team coach or manager must fill out a "League_Tourney Team Registration". After the form is satisfactorily completed, please attached full payment and turn in to Guest Relations at a minimum of one week before the league or tourney begins. Properly filled out and signed forms must be turned in before any individual may participate.

Academy or Clinic: The Academy Registration needs to be completed by each individual or team participating. Please attached full payment to properly filled out form to Guest Relations immediately to secure spot.
