Running

TOP's Running Club is designed for anyone wishing to enjoy the outdoors or train for an upcoming run.  The club is led by Tim Ives, TOP's Director of Wellness and Training, along with his wife Mandy. Both are competitive runners with a long list of running experiences and a deep love for running. Tim has been consulted multiple times by magazines, running clubs, featured training articles and event planners for his expertise in running. 

 

 SPRING 2010

The format of TOP Running Club has completely changed. Due to the demand of coaching instruction, we will offer several small group session geared towards running education and individual instruction.

Begins the week of April 5th and 12th. Choose one date in each of the three blocks below to attend coaching sessions.

BLOCK ONE: Evaluation April 5 - noon, April 6 - 6:30 pm, April 15 - 6:30 pm

BLOCK TWO: Speed. April 26 - noon, April 27 - 6:30 pm, May 6 - 6:30 pm

BLOCK THREE: Race Prep. May 17 - noon, May 18 - 6:30 pm, May 27 - 6:30 pm

All sessions take place at The Orange Planet.
